The subscription model provides powerful bulk email and text message communication that helps you respect your target's privacy.
You will need to apply a subscription when preparing to send a mailshot, whether it is an event invitation, newsletter, or other communication.
•Only subscribers will receive the communication.
•Subscribers can easily opt out.
•Broad categories of subscriptions can be added, such as events, newsletters, general, etc.
•New contacts will automatically be added for future communications.
Go to Initiatives > Subscriptions > Add new subscription.
•Add the name of the subscription and comments.
•Select Internal for internal communication groups.
•Select Online to make the subscription available online for contacts to opt in or out.
•Select Save and stay on page to add subscribers, or Save and close.
Contacts can be added here, or via the mailshot.
•To add individual contacts, select Subscribers > Add one subscriber.
oSelect Save and stay on page to add additional comments.
oSelect Save and new to continue adding another contact.
You can add a group of subscribers by selecting one of the following:
•using the search page
•using the reporter
•using the importer

•Select Initiatives > Subscriptions > View subscriptions to see a list of:
•your existing subscriptions
•the number subscribed
•how many are unsubscribed.
•Select Statistics to extract a report showing how many have opted out by month.
