Here are a few tips to help us resolve your problem quickly:
•Contact the support desk by telephone or email.
•Be specific and concise and explain how to reproduce the error if you can. For example, "Tax certificate batch generation fails at print phase" rather than "DevMan is not working."
•Provide screenshots or a short video with your explanation.
•Trace the list of things you did leading up to the incident, take note of anything out of the ordinary.
•Be aware the problem may happen only under certain conditions, for example it may be time related or specific to your computer environment.
•The support desk may be able to assist you with a workaround to your problem.

Please keep the following in mind:
•Priority critical issues are where licensed software is inoperable or fails and there is no workaround.
•Priority high issues are where performance degrades substantially causing a severe impact on use, or one or more major components / functions or commands are inoperable.
•Priority medium to low issues are minor problem, workaround available, and will be fixed within next version release.
Issues will be responded to and resolved according to the Service Level Agreement.
