No there isn't - DevMan has many reports and these are accessible wherever needed.
Under each of the menu tabs you will find Search and Search advanced options.
Once you have found the information that you require, you will see options to print via a suite of predefined reports.
You can also send the data to Excel.
You attempted to print a report using HTML, Word and PDF and it doesn't display on the screen.
Since HTML is the default or basic method of reporting in a Web-based application, then PDF and Word will probably also fail.
If this is a new problem (i.e. you have been able to print from DevMan before) then first call your IT department to see if there is some underlying problem with your PC.
If they are unable to resolve the problem, call or email our Support Team.
When attempting to print to MS Word you may get no further than ... Loading document ...as shown below.
If this has just started to occur when up to now you have had no problems then please check if Word is working on its own.
It may also be a security related problem and the screen shows as here:
You may need to contact your IT department to assist you get a setting that allows for MS Word printing from the Web browser.
If you are able to reset the default setting you may find that works for you ... as shown here:
When attempting to print to PDF you may get no further than the screen below.
This is most likely related to whether Adobe Reader is installed on your PC.
Please determine if a version of Adobe Acrobat reader is installed and working correctly.
It may be that there is an incomplete installation of Adobe that must be finished. (perhaps the license has not been accepted.)
If you have an older version of Adobe then it would be worthwhile to uninstall and install the latest version available.
Letter templates are saved on the database and will not go missing on their own.
Most likely the template has been deleted or altered by another user.
You may correct the template wording and save the changed template.
We suggest that you limit the permissions to templates (see security) so that only one or two persons can make alterations to them.

You may get this error when attempting to print to either PDF or MS Word.
This problem is usually caused by a restriction in the environment the Web browser on your PC and can be fixed by you.
Follow these steps:
1.Open the web browser and select Tools > Internet Options to check security levels.
2.Go to the Security tab.
3.Add your DevMan URL to the Trusted sites zone
4.Select Custom level for Trusted sites.
5.Scroll down to Downloads > File download and select Enable option.
6.Save the setting and do your report again.
